I have read and agree to the Tawgraphix Order, Production, Shipping & Pickup Policies.

Key policy terms

Production starts only after full payment, final artwork, and confirmed order details. Turnaround times are estimates unless confirmed by Tawgraphix.
New orders are processed Monday–Wednesday. Rush or same-day service must be approved before ordering — adding a deadline in the notes is not approval.
Custom orders cannot normally be canceled once production starts and may become non-refundable.
You are responsible for artwork accuracy (spelling, size, resolution, colors). Screen colors may differ from print.
Quality concerns must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order, with photos or video.
DTF and heat transfer application results depend on your equipment and settings — test one piece first.
Pickup is Thursday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM. Unclaimed pickup orders after 7 days may be discarded.
