Effective October 1, 2026
At Tawgraphix, our goal is to keep production organized, reduce errors, provide consistent turnaround times, and create a better experience for every customer.
By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a project, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the policies below.
Facility Access & Appointments
Tawgraphix operates as a closed production facility.
We do not accept walk-ins for:
- Quotes
- Order placement
- Artwork review
- Consultations
- General visits
If you need to meet with our team in person, an appointment must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability.
Thursday and Friday are reserved for production and scheduled pickups. No consultations or new order intake will be conducted on those days.
For general questions, quotes, or order-related assistance, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Placing an Order
Standard Products
All products and services currently available on our website must be ordered directly through the website.
This allows our team to receive the correct:
- Product
- Size
- Quantity
- Artwork
- Shipping or pickup information
- Payment details
Orders for products already available online will not normally be processed manually by email or WhatsApp.
Specialty & Custom Orders
Email orders are accepted only for specialty or custom projects that are not currently available on our website.
When requesting a custom quote, please include all available information in one email whenever possible, including:
- Product or service requested
- Quantity
- Final size
- Artwork
- Material
- Finishing requirements
- Required completion date
- Pickup or shipping preference
- Any special instructions
Incomplete requests may delay quoting and production.
Once all details are confirmed, our team will send an invoice.
Production will not begin until payment is received and all final files and specifications are complete.
Order Intake Days
New orders are accepted and processed Monday through Wednesday only.
Thursday and Friday are dedicated primarily to production and pickups.
No new orders are accepted on Thursday or Friday.
Orders submitted online during those days may be reviewed beginning the following business cycle.
Production Time
Production time begins only after:
- Full payment has been received
- Final artwork has been submitted
- All order details are confirmed
- Any required approvals are completed
Sending an email, requesting a quote, uploading a file, or discussing an order does not reserve a production date.
Turnaround times vary depending on:
- Product type
- Quantity
- Material availability
- Finishing requirements
- File quality
- Current production volume
- Equipment availability
Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Tawgraphix.
Orders Needed by a Specific Date
Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient production and shipping time for any event, deadline, or required delivery date.
A requested date is not considered confirmed unless Tawgraphix has specifically approved it.
Orders required by the end of the same week should be fully submitted, finalized, and paid no later than Wednesday.
Orders submitted after the regular production cutoff may require rush processing and are subject to production availability.
Rush & Same-Day Orders
Rush or same-day service is never automatic.
Customers requiring expedited production must contact Tawgraphix before placing the order to confirm availability.
Rush orders require:
- Final, print-ready artwork
- Complete order specifications
- Immediate payment
- Approval from Tawgraphix before production
- Payment of the applicable rush fee
Placing an order and writing a same-day or next-day deadline in the notes does not constitute approval of rush service.
Orders placed without approved rush service will follow the standard production schedule.
Rush service does not include:
- Artwork redesign
- File cleanup
- Background removal
- Resizing
- Color correction
- Layout changes
- Extensive proofing
- File preparation
Rush files must be ready to print when submitted.
Tawgraphix reserves the right to decline a rush request when production capacity or project complexity does not allow us to meet the requested deadline responsibly.
Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork that meets the requirements of the product ordered.
Files must be submitted in the correct:
- Size
- Resolution
- Format
- Color mode
- Background configuration
Tawgraphix is not responsible for errors already present in customer-supplied files, including:
- Misspellings
- Incorrect names
- Incorrect dates
- Incorrect sizes
- Low-resolution graphics
- Pixelation
- Incorrect colors
- Incorrect transparency
- Missing elements
- Incorrect artwork placement
If artwork preparation or correction is required, additional fees and production time may apply.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all files, proofs, sizes, quantities, colors, spelling, dates, and order details before approving production.
Once an order has entered production, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Any change requested after production begins may require:
- Additional charges
- Reprinting
- Additional materials
- A new completion date
Approval of a proof or final file confirms that the customer accepts the artwork as submitted.
Color Disclaimer
Colors viewed on phones, computers, tablets, and other screens may differ from printed colors.
Different printers, inks, materials, coatings, and production methods may also produce slight color variations.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service has been discussed and approved in advance.
Reorders may also have slight color variations from previous production runs.
Payment
All orders must be paid before production begins unless Tawgraphix has approved other payment terms in writing.
Payment confirms acceptance of:
- Order specifications
- Quantity
- Artwork
- Pricing
- Production timeline
- Pickup or shipping method
- Applicable Tawgraphix policies
Orders are not placed into the production queue until payment has been received.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once production has started, orders cannot normally be canceled.
Because many of our products are custom-made, payments may become non-refundable once:
- Materials have been ordered
- Artwork has been prepared
- Files have been processed
- Production has started
Changes requested after payment may result in additional charges and may change the completion date.
Shipping & Delivery Dates
Production turnaround and carrier transit time are two separate timelines.
A production completion date or ship date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Once an order has been transferred to UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another carrier, delivery schedules are controlled by the carrier.
Tawgraphix is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather
- Transportation delays
- Missed scans
- Operational disruptions
- Incorrect routing
- Failed delivery attempts
- Peak-season volume
- Other carrier-related delays
Customers requiring an order for a specific event or deadline are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping service and allowing sufficient transit time.
Expedited shipping does not expedite production unless rush production has also been approved and paid separately.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address before the order ships.
Tawgraphix is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Missing apartment or suite numbers
- Incorrect ZIP codes
- Customer-requested address changes after shipment
Any carrier fees related to address corrections, redelivery, or returned packages may be charged to the customer.
DTF & Heat Transfer Application Responsibility
Application results depend on factors outside of Tawgraphix's control, including:
- Heat press accuracy
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Pressing time
- Garment composition
- Garment coatings or treatments
- Placement
- Operator technique
- Equipment condition
Customers are responsible for confirming proper application settings before applying transfers to valuable garments or completing large production runs.
We strongly recommend testing one transfer on a sample garment before applying the complete order.
Tawgraphix is not responsible for garments, merchandise, or customer-owned products damaged during application.
The value of customer-supplied garments or merchandise is not included in the value of the printed transfer order and is not covered by a reprint, refund, or credit.
Quality Claims
Any concern regarding print quality, quantity, or production must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Quantity affected
- Description of the problem
- Any additional information requested by our production team
Tawgraphix must be given an opportunity to inspect and evaluate the reported issue before any credit, replacement, refund, or reprint is considered.
Submitting a claim does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, credit, replacement, or reprint.
Reprints, Credits & Remedies
If Tawgraphix confirms that an order contains a production error caused by us, our responsibility will be limited to the affected portion of the Tawgraphix product or service.
Depending on the circumstances, Tawgraphix may choose to:
- Reprint the affected product
- Replace the affected quantity
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund for the affected Tawgraphix product
Tawgraphix does not reimburse indirect or consequential expenses, including:
- Customer-supplied garments
- Merchandise
- Installation costs
- Labor
- Lost sales
- Event expenses
- Third-party shipping expenses
- Carrier delays
- Missed deadlines caused by carriers
- Other costs beyond the original Tawgraphix product purchased
Customers should not discard products involved in a claim until Tawgraphix has completed its review.
Customer-Modified Products
Claims may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit if the product has already been:
- Applied
- Installed
- Cut
- Laminated
- Altered
- Washed
- Used
- Modified by the customer or another party
Customers are responsible for inspecting products before proceeding with application, finishing, installation, or large production runs.
When practical, we recommend testing one piece before completing the entire project.
Pickup Schedule
Customer pickup is available only:
Thursday and Friday
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Customers should wait until their order has been confirmed as ready before arriving.
Please have your order number available when picking up.
Tawgraphix cannot guarantee assistance outside the designated pickup schedule.
Pickup Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate transportation and protecting their order once it leaves our facility.
For large, rigid, oversized, or delicate products, including foam board, coroplast, displays, signs, standees, and similar items, customers must arrive with a vehicle suitable for transporting the order safely.
If an order does not safely fit in the vehicle provided, the customer is responsible for arranging alternative transportation.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Certain printed materials, including foam board and other rigid substrates, can be damaged by rain, moisture, wind, heat, or improper transportation.
Customers are responsible for checking weather conditions and arriving prepared to protect their order.
This may include bringing:
- Blankets
- Plastic sheeting
- Protective covers
- Straps
- Appropriate vehicle space
- Other materials necessary for safe transportation
Tawgraphix is not responsible for water, moisture, rain, wind, weather, handling, or transportation damage occurring after the order has been released to the customer, driver, courier, or authorized representative.
If a customer chooses to pick up during rain or unfavorable weather conditions, the customer assumes responsibility for protecting the order.
Packaging & Protection for Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are provided as produced unless special packaging has been specifically requested.
Tawgraphix does not automatically wrap, cover, box, waterproof, reinforce, or otherwise prepare pickup orders for transportation.
If special packaging or protection is required, it must be requested in advance.
Additional packaging may include:
- Protective wrapping
- Plastic covering
- Additional cardboard
- Corner protection
- Reinforcement
- Boxing
- Other special preparation
Additional packaging is subject to material availability and additional charges.
Packaging requested at the time of pickup may not be available immediately and may require additional preparation time.
Customers should not assume that an order will be packaged for transportation or weather unless this service has been specifically requested and confirmed.
Loading & Transportation
Tawgraphix may assist with handing an order to the customer or driver; however, the customer is responsible for determining whether the order can be transported safely.
Tawgraphix is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by bending or folding
- Damage caused by insufficient vehicle space
- Items exposed to rain or weather
- Damage during loading or unloading
- Damage caused by straps or securing methods
- Damage occurring inside the vehicle
- Damage after release to a third-party driver or courier
Uber, Lyft, Courier & Third-Party Pickups
Customers may arrange pickup through Uber, Lyft, a courier service, or another authorized representative.
The customer is responsible for providing the driver with:
- Correct pickup information
- Order number
- Customer name
- Any necessary instructions
The customer is responsible for selecting a vehicle large enough to transport the order safely.
Once an order has been released to the driver or representative, it is considered successfully picked up.
Tawgraphix is not responsible for:
- Driver cancellations
- Drivers refusing oversized orders
- Insufficient vehicle space
- Lost items
- Transportation damage
- Weather damage
- Delivery delays
- Mishandling after pickup
Unclaimed Orders
Completed pickup orders must be collected within 7 calendar days of completion.
Tawgraphix is not a storage facility.
Orders not collected within 7 days may be considered abandoned and may be discarded without refund.
If additional storage time is needed, it must be requested and approved in advance.
Customer Communication
To keep order information organized and reduce errors, customers should keep instructions and files within the same email thread whenever possible.
Please avoid sending portions of the same order through multiple channels.
For example, avoid sending artwork by email, additional instructions through WhatsApp, and revised files through text message.
Information received through multiple channels may cause delays or errors.
The final information received and confirmed by Tawgraphix will be used for production.
Customer Responsibility
Before submitting payment, customers are responsible for confirming:
- Correct product
- Correct size
- Correct quantity
- Correct artwork
- Correct spelling
- Correct dates
- Correct colors
- Correct pickup or shipping information
- Required completion date
If anything is unclear, please ask before submitting payment.
Do not assume that a special request, deadline, modification, rush request, or exception has been approved unless Tawgraphix has specifically confirmed it.
Production Delays
Although we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated completion dates, production schedules may change due to circumstances including:
- Material shortages
- Equipment maintenance or failure
- Power outages
- Weather
- Shipping delays
- High production volume
- File issues
- Supplier delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Tawgraphix will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when necessary.
Courtesy Exceptions
Any past courtesy, exception, discount, free rush service, credit, replacement, extended pickup time, or other accommodation provided by Tawgraphix does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.
Each order and claim is evaluated individually under the policies in effect at that time.
Abuse of Policies
Our policies are intended to resolve legitimate concerns fairly while protecting our customers, employees, production schedule, and business.

We expect the same level of professionalism and respect toward our team.
Abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward our employees or representatives will not be tolerated.

- Repeated refusal to follow established procedures
- Repeated misuse of refund, rush, replacement, or credit policies
- Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks
- Attempts to obtain unpaid products or services
- Repeated payment issues
- Conduct that disrupts our operations or interferes with our ability to serve other customers
- Production requirements or deadlines that cannot reasonably be met
- Other legitimate business reasons
If Tawgraphix cancels an order before production begins, any applicable refund will be determined based on the status of the order and any work, materials, or costs already committed.
Tawgraphix does not guarantee acceptance of every customer or project.
Any decision to decline service will be made in accordance with applicable law and will not be based on legally protected characteristics.
Policy Updates
Tawgraphix may update these policies as necessary based on changes in operations, production capacity, materials, equipment, services, or business requirements.
The most current version published on our website will apply.
