During checkout at tawgraphix.com you can upload your print-ready artwork files directly to your order. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, PDF, and AI files at 300 DPI or higher for best results.

Production & Turnaround Times

All orders enter production once payment and artwork approval are complete. Turnaround times vary by product category. For optimal performance, please follow the required daily cut-off times listed below:

Custom Drinkware: 3-5 business days production after artwork approval. Artwork approved before 11:00 AM EST typically enters production same day.

DTF Transfers & UV DTF: 1 or 2 business days production, if the file is print-ready and submitted before 1:00 PM EST. Orders submitted after 1 PM EST will enter production the following business day.

Acrylic Signs, Foam Boards, Car Magnets, & Yard Signs: 2–3 business days standard production. Orders submitted after 11:00 AM EST will enter production the following business day.

Event Banners (Retractable & Standard Vinyl): 2–4 business days after artwork approval. Orders submitted after 11:00 AM EST will enter production the following business day.

Rush production may be available for an additional fee — please contact us prior to ordering if you need expedited service.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority / Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed and artwork must be approved before the daily cut-off time listed in the turnaround section. Orders placed after that time will enter production the next business day.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier as picked up from our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after carrier pickup.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.
