We specialize in custom drinkware (tumblers, cups, and glasses), UV DTF decals, DTF fabric transfers, and custom signage such as acrylic and foam board prints. Everything is made to order with care and precision.

How do I place a custom order?

Simply select the product you want, upload your artwork, and add any notes before checkout. We’ll review your file and send a proof for approval if needed before production.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! Bulk and reseller pricing are available. Email us with your design and quantity for a custom quote.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard production time is usually 2–3 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available — contact us before ordering if you’re on a tight deadline.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once printing starts, we cannot make edits or issue refunds.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and vector files. For best results, use 300 DPI or higher.

Do I need to mirror or flip my artwork for DTF or UV DTF?

Nope! We’ll handle that for you before printing.

What resolution should my file be?

For raster files (like PNG or JPG), ensure your image is at least 300 DPI at the actual print size.

Do you offer artwork help or mockups?

Yes! We can adjust, resize, or clean up your files and provide mockups when needed. Simple edits are usually free — more detailed design work for a small fee.

What materials can I use DTF transfers on?

DTF transfers work great on cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, and more. They’re super flexible and long-lasting.

How do I apply a DTF transfer?

Preheat the Garment: 3-5 seconds to remove moisture and smooth fabric.
Temperature Settings:
• Cotton: 310°F-325°F
• Cotton/Poly: 295°F-315°F
• Polyester: 265°F-285°F
Heat Press Time – First Press: 15 seconds.
Peel Type: Cold peel — let cool 1-2 minutes before peeling.
Heat Press Time – Second Press: 3-5 seconds with Teflon or parchment sheet.

Are they durable?

Yes! With proper application and care, DTF transfers can last through dozens of washes without fading or peeling.

How do I wash garments with DTF transfers?

• Turn inside-out
• Wash cold, gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach or softener
• Tumble dry low or hang dry

What is UV DTF?

UV DTF is a specialty printing method that produces durable, glossy decals for hard surfaces — no heat needed. Perfect for cups, tumblers, mugs, acrylics, and more.

How do I apply UV DTF decals?

1. Clean surface with alcohol.
2. Peel backing and place the decal.
3. Smooth with firm pressure.
4. Slowly peel away the clear film.
5. That’s it — ready to go!

Are UV DTF decals waterproof?

Yes — they’re water-resistant and long-lasting. For best results, hand wash and avoid dishwashers or extreme heat.

Can I use UV DTF on any surface?

They adhere best to smooth, non-porous materials like stainless steel, glass, acrylic, and metal.

🪧 Custom Signs & Displays

What types of signage do you offer?

We print on acrylic, foam board, and more. Great for business branding, events, and personal décor.

How should I send artwork for signs?

Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG) are best, but we can also use high-res PNG or JPG (300 DPI).

How do I care for my printed signs?

Use a soft cloth and mild cleaner like Brillianize. Avoid Windex, alcohol, or harsh chemicals.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you’re near our location, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout when available.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll review and reprint or replace if it’s a production error.

Do you accept returns on custom items?

Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or mistake on our end.
