Key policy terms
  • Production starts only after full payment, final artwork, and confirmed order details. Turnaround times are estimates unless confirmed by Tawgraphix.
  • New orders are processed Monday–Wednesday. Rush or same-day service must be approved before ordering — adding a deadline in the notes is not approval.
  • Custom orders cannot normally be canceled once production starts and may become non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for artwork accuracy (spelling, size, resolution, colors). Screen colors may differ from print.
  • Quality concerns must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order, with photos or video.
  • DTF and heat transfer application results depend on your equipment and settings — test one piece first.
  • Pickup is Thursday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM. Unclaimed pickup orders after 7 days may be discarded.
