How long does it take to receive my custom drinkware order?
Custom drinkware takes 3–5 business days of production after artwork approval. Artwork approved before 11:00 AM ET typically enters production the same day. Tracking information is sent once the order ships.
Can I order just one custom drinkware item?
Yes. Tawgraphix has no minimum order requirement on most drinkware products, making it easy to order one item, samples, gifts, or larger bulk quantities.
What type of drinkware do you use?
Most designs are printed on premium double-wall insulated stainless steel drinkware, along with select reusable cups and other quality drinkware options depending on the product.
How is the design printed on drinkware?
Our custom drinkware is printed using advanced UV full-wrap printing for vibrant color, strong adhesion, scratch resistance, and long-lasting visual impact.
Are the prints dishwasher safe?
To help preserve brightness and finish, we recommend hand washing only for custom printed drinkware.
Do you provide mockups before printing drinkware?
Yes. Most custom drinkware orders include a digital proof or mockup for approval before production begins.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Tawgraphix ships throughout the United States, and shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for eligible orders when selected at checkout.
