PRINTING TERMS & DISCLAIMER — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

 

FILE RESPONSIBILITY:
All artwork submitted for printing must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to submission. We print files as received and do not check for resolution, color accuracy, grammar, layout issues, or design mistakes.

If a file is low resolution, colors are dull, pixelated, or blurry when printed, we are not responsible and no reprints, refunds, or exchanges will be provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the quality and accuracy of their artwork.

OPTIONAL FILE REVIEW SERVICE (PROOFING):
If you would like us to check your file for resolution or layout issues before printing, we offer a File Proofing Service for $25 per file.
This includes checking resolution, reviewing for obvious design/layout issues, and providing a proof for approval prior to production.
If no proofing is purchased, files will go straight to print as submitted.

COLOR DISCLAIMER:
All prints are produced in CMYK color mode. Files submitted in RGB may shift in color when converted. We are not responsible for color variations or differences between digital previews and final printed product.

RETURNS, REPRINTS & REFUNDS:
Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to request a refund or reprint.

We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue.
However, we will not issue a reprint if the file provided was low resolution or poor quality.

Any request for refund or reprint for other reasons must be approved by management first.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 48 hours of receipt and must include photos for review. Claims are subject to approval.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Production begins once payment and print-ready files are received and approved (if File Proofing was purchased). Orders submitted after business hours are processed the next business day.
