Printing Services Policy
We're thrilled to assist you with our printing services, and we want to make sure you're well-informed about how things work. So, here's a rundown of our policies starting January 2024:
1. Business Hours:
We're here for you from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Order Placement:
Hop onto our website, www.tawgraphix.com, to place your printing orders. Got something big or special in mind? Shoot us an email at sales@tawgraphix.com, and let's chat!
3. Order Processing Times:
Next Business Day Orders: Place your order between 12:01 PM and 3:00 PM, we'll have it ready for pick up the next business day.
2nd Business Days Orders: Orders after 3:01 PM? No worries! Pick up your prints within the next two business days.
Same Day Rush Orders: In a hurry? We've got your back with rush orders for just $30. Let us know, and we'll make it happen!
4. Pickup and Courier Service:
Swing by during our business hours to grab your prints in person. Need it delivered? We offer a courier service with shipping rates based on your location.
5. Shipping Labels:
Got your own shipping label for courier service? Awesome! There's a small $5 handling fee. Just make sure to arrange the pick-up during our established hours.
6. Drop Shipment:
All your orders will be packaged in super-neutral packaging. No Tawgraphix logos or promotional stuff on there. We're all about making sure your customers get a seamless and totally pro delivery experience. So, no worries about any unexpected surprises in the packaging department. We've got it all covered to keep things looking sharp and professional for your customers.
7. Payment Terms:
To kickstart the job, we need payment in advance. We accept credit cards or Zelle only.
8. Communication:
Stay connected! We'll shoot you a message when your prints are ready for pick up or if we run into any bumps along the way.
9. Cancellations and Refunds:
Once your order is in process, sorry, no cancellations. For reprints and refunds, please refer to our Refund and Reprint Policy
10. Customer Responsibilities:
You're the creative genius! Make sure to provide print-ready files, and we'll handle the rest.
11. Policy Updates:
Just a heads up, we might tweak things from time to time to serve you better. But don't worry, we'll keep you in the loop!
