File Requirements:

• The file should be 300 dpi, in RGB color mode, with a transparent background.
• Acceptable file format is .PNG
• It is not recommended to use fonts smaller than 12pt and thin lines thinner than 1/16"

DTF Transfers – Recommendations

1. Preheat the Garment: Preheat the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove excess moisture and smooth out the fabric.

2. Temperature Settings: Set the heat press to the appropriate temperature based on the material:

• Cotton: 310°F - 325°F
• Cotton/Polyester: 295°F - 315°F
• Polyester: 265°F - 285°F

1. Heat Press Time – First Press: Apply the heat press for 15 seconds.

2. Peel Type: Use a cold peel method. After pressing, allow the transfer to cool for 1-2 minutes before peeling.

3. Heat Press Time – Second Press: For best results, press again for 3-5 seconds using a Teflon sheet, parchment paper, or a similar protective sheet.

Turnaround Service & Cutoff Times

Standard Turnaround: Orders will be completed within 2–4 business days.

Next Day Service: Orders received before 11:00 AM ET will be completed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Same Day Service: Orders must be received before 11:00 AM ET on a business day to be processed and completed the SAME DAY.

Pick-Up Deadline: 5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.

Orders received after cutoff will be processed the following business day.
