Gangsheet Builder Instructions

Our Gangsheet Builder lets you efficiently create gang sheets by arranging multiple designs on a single print, saving you time and cost.

Please follow these guidelines to ensure the best results when submitting your gangsheet:

1. File Format:
   Submit your designs in PNG format with a transparent background for seamless integration on the gangsheet.

2. Design Arrangement:
   You may upload multiple designs to be arranged on the gangsheet. Ensure each design is properly aligned and spaced, keeping in mind that designs will be printed exactly as submitted. We do not reposition, resize, or adjust layouts.

3. Design Size and Resolution:

   • Each design should be optimized to fit within the available space on the gangsheet. Ensure there is sufficient margin between designs for optimal separation during printing.

   • All designs must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi to ensure high-quality printing.

4. White Areas:
   If your design includes white areas, they will be printed. Ensure that there are no unintended white borders or backgrounds unless that is part of the design.

5. File Verification:
   We do not verify or make changes to submitted files. Please double-check your gangsheet layout to ensure all designs are positioned correctly and meet our formatting requirements before uploading.

6. Design Orientation:
   Do not mirror or rotate your designs. All designs should be submitted in their intended orientation.

7. Antigro Gangsheet Specifications:

   • Sheet Size: Specify the desired sheet size (e.g., 12" x 12", 12" x 24", etc.).

   • Number of Designs: Clearly indicate how many designs you want per gangsheet.

   • Spacing: Make sure there is adequate space between each design to avoid overlap or cutting issues.

8. Final Checks:
   Please ensure that the gangsheet is properly organized and formatted. Any issues or errors with the layout will be printed exactly as received.

Turnaround Service Cutoff Times

Orders received after the cutoff time will be delayed by an additional business day. 

Next Day Service: Orders must be received by 11:55 PM ET on a business day to be processed and completed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
