• Surface Finish: Please specify your preferred finish: glossy or matte.

• Product Availability: To ensure the best results, we currently offer printing exclusively on our own tumblers. 
  

• Artwork Submission:  Files must be submitted in PDF or TIF format. We will provide templates to ensure your design fits the correct dimensions for each tumbler. If you need help creating a custom design, a design fee will apply. 

• Product Time & Rush Orders: Production time depends on order volume, but standard turnaround is 3-5 business days. Rush Orders (next-day or same day) are available depending on workload and will include an additional fee, quoted at the time of order. 

• Payment:  All orders must be paid in full before production. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
